Who we are
LV Neat Freaks is operated by Neat Freak Cleaning Service LLC. We provide residential and commercial cleaning in Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas.
This policy explains how we handle information through lvneatfreaks.com, appointment communications, and our TikTok integration.
Information you provide
Our contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, service interest, and message. Formidable Forms sends submissions to the business by email and stores entries on the website. It also records your IP address and browser information with each entry.
Our booking tool, Simply Schedule Appointments, collects your name, email address, phone number, service address, and special instructions for cleaning appointments. For hoarder and commercial consultations, it collects your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description. Appointment records are stored on the website. It sends booking and cancellation emails. We use this information to respond to you and manage appointments.
Online payments and Google Calendar synchronization are not enabled in the booking tool. The booking tool itself does not send text messages.
No payment card data is collected or processed through our website.
Comments are closed, visitor registration is disabled, and visitors do not have user accounts on our website.
Analytics, cookies, and security logs
Google Analytics 4, installed through MonsterInsights, runs on all website pages to help us understand site use. It sets first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_*.
Google signals and demographics reporting are enabled. Google may use its own data about signed-in Google users to provide us with aggregated demographic and interest reports. We receive only aggregated reports, not users’ identities. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage your advertising preferences through Google’s ad settings.
We do not use Meta, TikTok, or other advertising pixels. The site does not currently display a cookie banner. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
The Wordfence firewall blocks attacks and records IP addresses associated with blocked requests and login attempts to help protect the website. Live traffic logging is disabled. Our contact form uses a honeypot field to detect automated spam and does not use a CAPTCHA service.
Services that handle information
Our website runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure operated for the business. Website emails are sent through Brevo, an SMTP email delivery service, and our business mailbox uses Gmail. Information submitted through the site may therefore be handled by these services as part of hosting and delivering our communications.
Google Analytics handles website usage information. Wordfence processes security information as described above.
Booking texts are delivered through Twilio. Phone numbers and message content needed to send appointment texts are shared with Twilio for delivery only.
Booking text messages
Texting CLEAN to (702) 582-9558 or providing your number when booking opts you in to booking-related texts, including confirmations, reminders, and updates. You may receive up to 5 messages per booking or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further texts. Reply HELP for help.
Your phone number will only be used for appointment-related communications and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Using a service provider to deliver these messages does not authorize that provider to use your number for marketing.

TikTok integration
We use TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API so our authorized staff can connect the business’s own TikTok account, publish the business’s own videos to that account, and read that same account’s own video list and engagement statistics for internal reporting. These statistics include views, likes, comments, shares, and follower counts. This integration covers only the business’s own account and is not a TikTok sign-in service for website visitors.
The integration uses permissions, or scopes, as applicable: user.info.basic, video.publish or video.upload, video.list, and the account’s statistics scopes, such as user.info.stats.
The integration handles access tokens issued by TikTok and the business account’s basic profile information, including its account identifier, called an open ID, display name, and avatar. It also handles the business’s videos submitted for publication, its own video list, and its own account and video statistics.
We do not collect data about other TikTok users through this integration. We do not collect or store viewer or commenter identities. Integration data is not sold or used for advertising. Statistics are kept for internal reporting only.
Tokens are kept only as long as posting and reporting need them and are deleted on request or when access is revoked.
You can disconnect our TikTok integration by removing its access in the TikTok app’s settings under the security or app permissions area, for example “Apps and services” or “Manage app permissions.” Menu names vary by app version. You can also request disconnection by emailing lvneatfreaks@gmail.com.
TikTok handles information under its own Privacy Policy.
Retention and security
Information may exist in our business mailbox, website records, analytics systems, and security logs.
Inquiries, booking records, and emails are kept as long as needed to respond, provide and follow up on the service, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then deleted. Security logs and website backups are kept for a limited period and then overwritten or deleted.
The website uses a firewall and form spam protection. No website, storage system, or email service can guarantee complete security.
Nevada privacy requests
We do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information. Our designated email address for these requests is lvneatfreaks@gmail.com. Please identify your request as a Nevada privacy request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
We may need additional information to verify your identity. We will handle requests within any time limits required by applicable law.
Requests to access, correct, or delete information
We are a small business, and the California Consumer Privacy Act likely does not apply to us. Its applicability depends on statutory criteria described by the California Attorney General.
Regardless of where you live, you may email lvneatfreaks@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We offer these requests on a best-effort basis.
We may need to verify your identity before acting. Our ability to fulfill a request may depend on the records we can identify, technical limitations, and applicable legal requirements. This voluntary process does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We will post revisions on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Any additional notice required by law will be provided.
