Who we are and what these terms cover

LV Neat Freaks is operated by Neat Freak Cleaning Service LLC. We provide residential and commercial cleaning in Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas.

These terms cover your use of lvneatfreaks.com, quotes and estimates, booking requests, and our TikTok integration. By using the website or submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on the website are estimates. A custom quote may differ based on the cleaning services requested and the details of the job.

An estimate does not confirm a price or reserve an appointment.

Online payments are not enabled. No payment card data is collected or processed through our website.

Booking requests

You can request an appointment through our booking page. Please provide accurate contact and service information so we can respond.

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will come back to make it right, free of charge.

Text messages

Texting CLEAN to (702) 582-9558 or providing your number when booking opts you in to appointment-related texts, including confirmations, reminders, and updates.

You may receive up to 5 messages per booking or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. After one final confirmation message, you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help.

Your phone number will only be used for appointment-related communications and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not:

Submit false, abusive, or unlawful material.
Send spam or interfere with forms, bookings, or other website functions.
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
Upload malicious code or use the website to violate another person’s rights.

Website and business content

The website’s text, images, branding, and other content, along with the business’s TikTok content, belong to LV Neat Freaks or their respective owners.

You may view website content for information about our services. Copying, republishing, or commercially using protected content requires permission from the rights holder unless the law allows that use. These terms do not restrict lawful sharing through TikTok’s own features.

TikTok integration

We use TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API so our authorized staff can connect the business’s own TikTok account, publish the business’s own videos to that account, and read that same account’s own video list and engagement statistics for internal reporting. These statistics include views, likes, comments, shares, and follower counts.

The integration uses permissions, or scopes, as applicable: user.info.basic, video.publish or video.upload, video.list, and the account’s statistics scopes, such as user.info.stats.

The integration covers only the business’s own account and is for our internal business use. It is not offered to visitors for connecting their own TikTok accounts or publishing their content.

It handles TikTok-issued access tokens and the business account’s basic profile information, including open ID, display name, and avatar. It also handles the business’s videos submitted for publication, its own video list, and its own account and video statistics. We do not collect data about other TikTok users or collect or store viewer or commenter identities. Integration data is not sold or used for advertising. Statistics are kept for internal reporting only.

Tokens are kept only as long as posting and reporting need them and are deleted on request or when access is revoked.

Authorized staff can disconnect our TikTok integration by removing its access in the TikTok app’s settings under the security or app permissions area, for example “Apps and services” or “Manage app permissions.” Menu names vary by app version. They can also request disconnection by emailing lvneatfreaks@gmail.com.

Use of the integration is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service. TikTok’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The website and our communications depend on services provided by other companies, including hosting, email delivery, analytics, and TikTok. Their availability and operation are outside our direct control.

Third-party websites and platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review those policies when using their services.

Website disclaimers

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but errors and interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee that the website or TikTok integration will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, these online tools are provided as available, without additional warranties. This does not change a confirmed service commitment, our satisfaction guarantee, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of or inability to use the website or TikTok integration.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. It does not remove our obligations under a confirmed cleaning arrangement or our satisfaction guarantee.

Nevada law and disputes

Nevada law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes concerning these terms will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Revisions apply to future website use and booking requests. They do not retroactively change an already confirmed booking without your agreement.
